What AccessProof does
- Scans your public storefront with axe-core for WCAG 2.2 AA issues.
- Reports dev-ready issues grouped by severity, with fix guidance.
- Monitors for regressions and emails you when new issues appear (paid plans).
- Generates a multilingual (EN/FR/NL/DE) EN 301 549 / EAA accessibility statement.
What it does NOT do
- It does not install an overlay or widget on your store.
- It does not guarantee legal compliance. Automated testing catches only part of WCAG; manual review is still required.
Getting started
- Confirm your storefront URL on the dashboard.
- Run a scan, then review the issues and fix them in your theme/app.
- Generate an accessibility statement and link it from your store footer.
- On a paid plan, enable monitoring to be alerted to regressions.
Note on dev / password-protected stores
Scans require a publicly reachable storefront. Password-protected or development stores cannot be scanned until the storefront is public.
